Salary: 14,000 - 18,000 gross


Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst, you will:

  • Prepare business and system analysis for supported applications in the CEO area.
  • Support the business in analyzing new functionalities.
  • Collaborate and consult on technical solutions with architects, developers, and testers regarding application development and support.
  • Assist the team in managing the backlog in Azure and decomposing tasks.
  • Be responsible for maintaining business documentation of implemented deployments.
  • Work in a self-organizing team following agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile).

Requirements

  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in business and system analysis in IT system development projects.
  • Knowledge of notations used during business and system analysis (UML).
  • Ability to build algorithms and data models.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architect, ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of banking products and business client processes.
  • Technical education – computer science or related.

About the Company

Tribe Aplikacji Wewnętrznych Ryzka i Finansów is a nearly 40-person team of experts and technology enthusiasts who are responsible for creating and developing modern solutions for the CFO, CRO, and CEO departments. Our daily work involves creating and implementing interesting business initiatives that impact the working comfort at ING Bank Śląski. We work on many regulatory solutions and improvements, paying special attention to security, the use of new technologies, and automation, thereby minimizing the technology debt of developed and implemented applications. We work in Scrum.
