IT Business Analyst

At the core of the role, we are looking for experienced IT Business Analysts with solid telecommunications experience for a long-term collaboration project. The role is suited to professionals who have participated in transformation initiatives and can effectively bridge business needs with IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders
• Create wireframes, Use Cases, diagrams, and documents
• Create technical specifications for the development team, including the design of the integration interface
• Engage in daily communication with Architects and the development team
• Present your solution to the client and manage changes during the project
• Provide support during the creation of tests and testing

Requirements

• Skillfully analyze both functional and non-functional requirements
• Demonstrate expertise in process modelling
• Proficiently formulate data and object structures, define integration interface
• Showcase expertise in UML/BPMN
• Navigate with ease using tools such as Enterprise Architect, Draw.io, or PlantUML
• Experience with graphic tools such as Figma, Visio, Axure would be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL and basics of any programming language will be useful
• Understanding the ins and outs of the telco sector
• Advocate for the proposed solution and cultivate a collaborative relationship with the client
• Exhibit proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English at a communicative level

• Knowledge of any programming language is an advantage

• The guaranteed minimum salary for this position is €2,900 gross per month. The final salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate’s seniority, relevant professional experience, technical skills, qualifications, and level of expertise.
