IT Business Consultant - Devoteam Public Consulting

As an IT Business Consultant at Devoteam, you will execute various consultancy assignments for our clients in the public sector. You will be an expert in IT, applications, and environments within the government. Our primary focus is on process optimizations using optimal information provision and standardization of message traffic. We work with independent administrative bodies, municipalities, and their chain partners.
We prefer working in small teams of consultant colleagues with diverse specializations. We do not provide standard solutions but focus on inefficiencies and how to eliminate them. Our approach is entrepreneurial, directly value-adding, and short-cycled. Often preceded by mapping the existing situation and POV/POC trajectories.
Responsibilities
- Execute consultancy assignments for clients in the public sector.
- Be an expert in IT, applications, and environments within the government.
- Focus on process optimizations using optimal information provision and standardization of message traffic.
- Work with independent administrative bodies, municipalities, and their chain partners.
- Collaborate in small teams of consultant colleagues with diverse specializations.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, (IT) Consultant, or Functional Manager within (national) executive government organizations or municipalities.
- Extensive knowledge of decentralizations, transformation, and the underlying systems and information provision.
- Affinity with IT and the conceptual ability to translate process optimizations into IT adjustments.
- You are assertive and a self-starter, customer-oriented, and collaborative.
- Naturally, you are highly proficient in written and spoken Dutch.
- BCS diploma/certification in business analysis is an important prerequisite for this role.
