IT Business Consultant

About the Position

We are seeking an IT Business Consultant to join our team in Plzeň, Czech Republic. As a consultant, you will be the bridge between our customers and our development teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers and our development teams.
• Understand customer needs and propose features to be implemented by our developers.
• Collaborate with a team of consultants and other internal teams (QA, project management, development).
• Occasionally visit customers in person – travel is part of this role, so if you enjoy exploring new places, this will be a nice bonus.

Requirements

• Higher education in technical or economic fields with an IT focus, or secondary education combined with relevant experience in a similar position.
• Experience in IT analysis or consulting is appreciated.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, UML, or any programming language is a plus.
• Familiarity with the basic principles of software architecture.
• Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking.
• Fluent in spoken and written communication with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential, German is a bonus.
