IT Business-System Analyst (Insurance)

About the Project
We are looking for an experienced IT Business-System Analyst for insurance to join our team in Warszawa, Kraków, Kielce, or remotely. This role will focus on developing and maintaining IT systems supporting banking and insurance processes. Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis to understand business and system processes
- Develop business and system requirements that form the foundation for further project development
- Create a solution architecture plan and prepare detailed technical documentation
- Prepare and conduct workshops with stakeholders
- Support the testing process and verify the compliance of delivered solutions with requirements
- Prepare and present recommendations and reports in accordance with market, banking, and legal standards
- Optimize business and system processes by proposing innovative solutions
- Analyze project risks and recommend actions to minimize their impact
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business-System Analyst in the insurance industry in the Polish market (mandatory)
- Ability to analyze business needs and gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience with UML diagrams and BPMN notation
- Knowledge of SQL, enabling data analysis and work with data in projects
- Familiarity with project management methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level, enabling smooth work in an international environment
- Analytical skills, logical thinking, and excellent communication
- Knowledge of the TIA system is a plus
