About the Position

IT Compliance & Assurance Specialist (M/F/D)

Join DSV as an IT Compliance & Assurance Specialist in Warsaw, Poland. Collaborate with global teams to enhance information security and compliance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support responses to customer security questionnaires
• Review contracts and support tender processes from an information security perspective
• Support customer audits and security assessments by coordinating stakeholder engagement, audit responses, and evidence collection
• Monitor and enhance the organization’s external cybersecurity posture through continuous risk assessment and cross-functional collaboration
• Provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders on information security matters
• Assist in maintaining and improving IT security governance processes
• Contribute to annual assurance planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and countries to promote security best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field
• Experience or educational background in IT Security, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Compliance, or IT Governance
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or another recognized information security framework
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience reviewing contracts and understanding legal terminology is an advantage
