IT Compliance Specialist

About the Position

If you are looking for a position in which you can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and corporate policies by supporting audits, assessing IT controls, identifying gaps, and driving remediation efforts across Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams, this is the right opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of GDPR and LGPD requirements.
• Experience in IT Compliance, GRC, IT Audit, or regulated environments.
• Understanding of IT risk management and remediation processes.
• Familiarity with IAM, network security, EDR, vulnerability management, and asset management.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and/or COBIT, with the ability to apply controls in practice.
• Familiarity with third-party/vendor risk management, including security reviews and contractual requirements is considered a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) required, as well as native or fluent Portuguese.
• Experience and knowledge in ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, Qualys or Tenable, Jira, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
• Analytical thinking and risk-oriented approach.
