To strengthen our consulting team, we are looking for an IT consultant (m/f/d) to support our customers in the implementation, optimization, and successful use of our solutions.
Responsibilities
Consulting & Conception
- Advising new and existing customers on professional and technical requirements
- Analysis and optimization of business processes in the environment of our solutions
- Creation of technical concepts, specifications, and documentation
Implementation & Realization
- Implementation of our software solutions for new customers
- Configuration and adaptation of customer-specific requirements
- Clean documentation of all implemented solutions
Customer Care & Support
- Technical support for complex customer inquiries
- Contact person for technical and professional questions in the project context
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through close communication
Product Development & Internal Tasks
- Participation in the further development of our software and demo systems
- Testing new functions and providing feedback to R&D and product management
- Sales support for presentations & workshops
- Development of best practice methods in consulting
Requirements
Technical Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in consulting and implementation of software solutions, ideally SaaS
- Knowledge in the creation of functional specifications, concepts, and documentation
- Technical understanding of databases, interfaces, and system integration
- ERP/CRM/SRM knowledge is an advantage
- Confident with MS Office and modern collaboration tools
Personal Requirements
- Communication and consulting skills at eye level
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Very good German and good English skills
Development Opportunities
- Promotion to Senior Consultant with technical project management
- Specialization in sectors or modules
- Assuming responsibility in pre-sales or product development
