About the Role

Working at CodeTwo as an IT Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support to our clients in both German and Polish languages. You will be part of our Customer Success department, working in shifts from Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work one weekend per month in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an IT Specialist in the Customer Success department.
  • Resolve configuration issues for our software users.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to our clients via phone, email, and remote sessions in both German and Polish.

Requirements

  • Experience in business customer service (email, phone, remote sessions).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive energy, diligence, and commitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and technical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in computer operation, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT topics such as email, internet, and computer networks.
  • Advanced proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft business applications is a plus.
