Location: Brussels – Fonsnylaan, Belgium

Type: Permanent

Salary: €4837 - €8982 per month

We are looking for an IT Domain Lead for CRM Salesforce, Front-End, and mobile apps in our IT organization who has a passion for driving change in IT while ensuring seamless service for existing solutions. The IT Domain Lead focuses on how new digital solutions are implemented for a chosen NN business domain, taking into account the current situation. You will be supported by a modern IT strategy and a clear IT architecture roadmap.

Responsibilities

As a IT Domain Lead, you will be end-to-end responsible for cost-effective IT delivery within your business domain: from request to architecture, development, change, and maintenance. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing a comprehensive IT roadmap to achieve an advanced, ROI-driven IT landscape for your business domain, in line with NN Group and NN International guidelines
• Demonstrating leadership in a business-focused IT domain to initiate and organize necessary transformations, as well as support for existing and new IT solutions
• Serving as a ‘servant leader’ in a matrix organization, collaborating with business product owner squads to plan deliverable services and business outcomes
• Collaborating with experts in security, architecture, and operations to guide and support you in this journey
• Setting realistic goals and KPIs and monitoring them to assess the effectiveness of applications and services in your domain
• Supporting teams in their efforts to improve quality and focus on business continuity and value addition for the business
• Guiding your colleagues to collaboratively create an integrated IT landscape that can support NN Belgium’s business strategy
• Reporting to the Head of IT SW Engineering and working with People Leads for sourcing and employee development

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment
• Very good knowledge of Salesforce
• Very good knowledge of front end React (or Angular)
• Very good knowledge of English + Dutch. Knowledge of French is an extra asset.
• Good communication skills
• Team player
