About the Role
We are seeking an IT Domain Lead for CRM Salesforce, Front-End, and mobile applications within our IT organization, who has a passion for change in the IT domain while ensuring seamless service of existing solutions. The IT Domain Lead focuses on delivering new digital solutions for a chosen business domain while considering the current situation. You will be supported by a modern IT strategy and a clear IT architecture plan.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for cost-effective IT delivery in your business domain: from request to architecture, development, change, and maintenance.
- Preparation and alignment of the future IT vision, strategy, and architecture for the concerned business domain.
- Collaboration with the Domain Business Product Owner to understand business needs and priorities.
- Development of a detailed IT plan to achieve an advanced, ROI-focused IT landscape for your business domain.
- Leadership in a business-oriented IT domain to initiate and organize necessary transformations and support existing and new IT solutions.
- Acting as a 'servant leader' in a matrix organization for collaboration with business product owner squads.
- Collaboration with security, architecture, and operations experts for guidance and support.
- Setting realistic goals and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of applications and services in your domain.
- Supporting teams in their efforts to improve quality and focus on business continuity and business value.
- Guiding colleagues to achieve an integrated IT landscape that supports the business strategy of NN Belgium.
- Reporting to the Head of IT SW Engineering and collaborating with People Leads for employee sourcing and development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as React (or Angular).
- Fluency in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
