About the Position
We are seeking an IT Domain Lead for CRM Salesforce, Front-End, and mobile applications within our IT organization. Join us to drive IT change while ensuring seamless service for existing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop an extensive IT roadmap to realize an advanced, ROI-driven IT landscape for your business domain, in line with NN Group and NN International guidelines.
- Demonstrate leadership in a business-oriented IT domain to initiate and organize necessary transformations, as well as support existing and new IT solutions.
- Act as a 'servant leader' in a matrix organization, collaborating with business product owner squads to plan deliverable services and business results, ensuring IT and business specialists work together.
- Work with security, architecture, and operations experts who will guide and support you in this journey.
- Set realistic goals and KPIs and follow up to evaluate the effectiveness of applications and services within your domain.
- Support teams in their efforts to improve quality and focus on business continuity and value creation for the business.
- Guide your colleagues to create a joint integrated IT landscape that can support the business strategy of NN Belgium.
- Report to the Head of IT SW Engineering and collaborate with People Leads for sourcing and employee development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.
- Excellent knowledge of front-end React (or Angular).
- Excellent knowledge of English + Dutch. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player.
