Our client is an IT service provider that manages and continuously develops complex IT services and associated hardware and logistics processes for various business areas.

Responsibilities

• Support service participants on topics such as processes, service development, methodology, and optimization
• Derive service-specific use cases and their processual implementation
• Prepare and accompany the approval of use cases in ARIS
• Verify the necessary process documentation to ensure compliance with central process management and quality assurance guidelines, and regularly check the guideline documents for currency or coordinate updates as needed
• Interface consideration between the processes of multiple services, also in collaboration with other departments
• Support the governance of the Hardware Supply Chain Management and Logistics main department in the implementation and further development of guidelines
• Participate in Process Councils and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

Requirements

• Professional experience in process development and process documentation, at least 3 years; with relevant professional training, correspondingly longer experience
• Ideally, practical knowledge in ARIS
• Understanding of IT service structures and their processual relationships
• Ideally, knowledge in IT Service Management
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management or logistics for IT hardware
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various departments
