About the Position

We are seeking an IT Specialist to maintain the digital infrastructure of our recruitment center, ensuring the stability and security of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Administration and monitoring of Windows and Linux servers;
• Support for virtual machines, NAS network storage, and local services;
• Configuration of secure VPN connections, routers, and firewalls;
• Deployment and maintenance of PCs and laptops, installation, and updating of software;
• Backup and recovery of work data;
• Conducting technical audits and security checks of systems;
• Participation in the construction of a secure IT infrastructure for the unit.

Requirements

• Experience as a system administrator for at least one year;
• Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian) and Windows Server, configuration of access rights;
• Experience with virtualization systems VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox;
• Understanding of secure network architecture and basic information protection principles;
• Experience in configuring MikroTik or Ubiquiti routers and firewalls is a plus;
• Knowledge of VPN, encryption tools, and email security is a plus.

We Offer

• Service under contract or through mobilization; for current military personnel - transfer;
• Monetary compensation from 20,000 to 50,000 UAH;
• Provision of housing and food;
• Social and legal guarantees for military personnel and their families;
• Annual base leave and additional leave of 10 days for family reasons.
