IT Help Desk Technician – Level 1 SkillBridge Fellow
Divers Alert Network (DAN) is seeking a transitioning Service Member to join our IT Support Operations SkillBridge Fellowship (Level 1). This program offers structured, hands-on experience in a professional enterprise IT environment within a mission-driven nonprofit organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide foundational IT support operations
- Assist in customer service and ticket management
- Offer endpoint support and troubleshooting
- Develop technical communication and problem-solving skills
