About the Position
IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 SkillBridge Fellow
Divers Alert Network (DAN) is seeking a SkillBridge Fellow to join our Information Technology Department. This fellowship is designed for transitioning Service Members with prior technical experience who are seeking advanced exposure to enterprise IT operations within a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise technology systems
- Assist with advanced troubleshooting and escalated technical issue resolution
- Collaborate with systems administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and business application teams
- Gain hands-on experience in endpoint management, infrastructure operations, and cybersecurity awareness
Requirements
- Prior technical experience
- Strong understanding of IT operations and technical support
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity awareness
- Knowledge in endpoint management
