Tell us about your:

Experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment
Background in Computer Information Systems
Experience in MAC and Windows configurations
Experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products
Experience in conferencing technologies is a plus
Ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications
Ability to communicate in English
Availability to work fully on-site - Carnaxide office
