IT Helpdesk Specialist

We are a fintech company providing advanced trading systems for the Forex, CFD, cryptocurrency, and stock markets. We create our own technological environment and are the authors of a trading platform based on PWA technology. Location: Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 186, PIXEL building, on-site work

Responsibilities

The person who joins the team will be responsible for:

• Preparing office workstations
• Installing, connecting, and configuring laptops and other devices
• Installing, connecting, and preparing equipment for replacement
• Maintaining equipment records according to internal standards
• Providing technical support to users, both in person and remotely
• Managing and monitoring IT resources
• Collaborating with other IT team members and other departments in the organization

Requirements

We expect from our Candidates:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Relevant education (computer science and related fields)
• Willingness to work in the office
• Knowledge of installing and configuring Windows 10/11 and Ubuntu systems
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems with Windows and Ubuntu
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Technical knowledge and skills in configuring/connecting and repairing office equipment
• Diligence, systematic approach, and ability to quickly learn in a new environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and understandably with employees

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Jira, Eset
• Basics of PowerShell/Bash
• Knowledge of the MacOS environment
