About the Position

IT - HW Intern (6 months)

This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth and productive working environment by delivering Hardware and IT support services to Gameloft Hanoi employees. From managing hardware assets and supporting end users with technical issues to setting up workstations and improving support processes, you will help ensure the studio’s daily operations run efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Hardware Service

Register and keep track of all devices borrowed by the production teams, ensuring that the borrowers keep, maintain, and give back the devices in accordance with the company regulations.
Examine cellphone units, observe the operation, install the testing program into it to test and update phones’ technical specs, specific issues, and solutions, drivers, tools into Technical Knowledge Data Base Web Tool.
Run HW process; HW tools, observe and optimize the process related to the task and raise new ideas to make HW process effective (Hardware Lockbox, DMT Report, and SIM Cost …).
Ready to come to the company to support the emergency cases if receiving the requests.

IT Service

Receiving support requests directly from users, via emails or hotlines, logging tickets to the Helpdesk system, and confirming the reception of requests to users in a timely manner.
Set up/Revoke, Maintain/Upgrade the PCs (hardware/software/connectivity) for newcomers/resigned User and Gameloft employees from other studios.
By oneself or together with the team, analyzing the issues, proposing solutions, and implementing them in accordance with ETA guidelines for common IT tasks. Main areas of support include PCs (hardware/software/connectivity), LAN cabling, Wireless, printers, fax machines, scanners, photocopying machines, projectors, fixed telephones, and other IT devices.
Escalating serious incidents to IT supervisor/manager and the Management for immediate attention and decision-making.
Support with Company Events and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

Possessing customer/service-oriented mentality.
Showing initiative, willing to learn, and working overtime when requested.
Working with users in a friendly, articulate, and responsive way.
Being innovative, cooperative, responsible, disciplined timely, and accurate in performing tasks.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Teamwork and good working attitude.

Nice to Have

Technical knowledge: Basic knowledge about PC and other IT devices’ hardware/software/connectivity, including Windows and Linux operating systems; good skills in analyzing, diagnosing, and finding and fixing problems.
Fair English; speak and write.

Internship Allowance: 7,000,000VND gross/month.
Lunch allowance: 700,000VND/month.
Home Office Support Allowance: 250,000VND/month.
05 working days/week: From Monday to Friday, applying hybrid working model and flexible working time.
