About the Position
We are seeking an IT Junior Helpdesk professional to join our IT Infrastructure team in V. N. de Famalicão / Gondomar, Portugal. This role is a Full-Time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Junior level experience in IT support
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
