IT Network Administrator

About the Position

We are looking for an IT Network Administrator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an IT Network Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and supporting our company's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across our global operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and support the company’s network infrastructure, responding to network incidents and service requests in accordance with established incident and change management procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and hardware issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems when required.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to support network changes, upgrades, and projects across company locations.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring network issues and contribute to problem management activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Onsite IT teams, including creating and maintaining knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentation.
• Monitor network devices and services, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize system configurations for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist in planning and designing network topology for smaller sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Network engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and switches, preferably Palo Alto, Fortinet, HPE Aruba.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and follow established procedures.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when required.
• Fluent English (written/spoken).
