IT Onsite Technician

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
Support project rollouts and deployments

Requirements

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in desktop IT support
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user issues
Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts
Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support physical device handling as needed

Salary

This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $27 – $30 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
