Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
• Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
• Support project rollouts and deployments

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in Desktop IT support
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications

Salary

This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted hourly range of $22 – $26 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
