About the Position

IT Operations and Support Intern

Join Bosch as an IT Operations and Support Intern to support cloud-based integration platform operations and learn cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

During your internship, you will:

• Support the daily operations of a cloud-based integration platform used for developing and updating vehicle software and services.
• Assist with handling incidents and service requests in our ticketing system, including collecting relevant information, updating tickets, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams under guidance.
• Learn how to monitor cloud-based applications and connected devices, review alerts, and support initial troubleshooting using dashboards, logs, and documented procedures.
• Assist with application, device, and customer service administration, following established processes and access permissions.
• Help maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and step-by-step support instructions.
• Work as part of an international team across Serbia and Germany, collaborating with support specialists, development teams, system architects, product owners, and service managers.
• Develop practical skills in cloud operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and IT service management, with support and guidance from experienced colleagues.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably in information technology, computer science, communication technologies, or a related field.
• Interest in cloud technologies, IT operations, and technical troubleshooting, together with a willingness to learn.
• A structured approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to follow documented procedures.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.

What can separate you from the crowd:

• Basic understanding of cloud concepts or exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure through coursework, personal projects, or previous experience.
• Basic scripting knowledge, for example in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, or an interest in automating repetitive tasks.

Previous professional experience is not required. Relevant coursework, personal projects, and a demonstrated willingness to learn are welcome.
