About the Position

Step into a role where your work directly supports critical systems used globally. As an IT Operations Engineer, you’ll help ensure stability, security, and performance-while driving automation and continuous improvement in a modern engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure and operating environments
- Respond to incidents
- Improve system reliability through automation
- Support virtualized and containerized platforms
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents
- Automate repetitive operational tasks
- Improve reliability, availability, and scalability
Requirements
- Core technical skills:
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows systems
- Virtualization (VMWare or similar)
- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, load balancing)
- Engineering & operations:
- Scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or Go)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git)
- Configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
- Incident and problem management
Nice to Have
- Database knowledge (SQL)
- Experience with IT risk controls, audit support, or compliance
- Exposure to high-availability and disaster recovery setups
