About the Position
We are seeking an IT Operations Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our banking industry team in Warszawa, Poland, focusing on incident management and CI/CD automation.
Responsibilities
- Zarządzanie incydentami i problemami oraz prowadzenie procesu RCA dla incydentów produkcyjnych (diagnozowanie, rozwiązywanie i wdrażanie działań zapobiegawczych)
- Ciągłe monitorowanie stanu usług, wczesne wykrywanie anomalii i zapobieganie incydentom produkcyjnym
- Projektowanie, wdrażanie i utrzymanie potoków CI/CD z wykorzystaniem GitHub Actions w celu automatyzacji procesów budowania, testowania, skanowania bezpieczeństwa i wdrożeń
- Utrzymanie stabilności i spójności środowisk Pre-Production i Production
- Dokumentowanie procedur operacyjnych, znanych problemów i kroków naprawczych w bazie wiedzy zespołu
- Ścisła współpraca z zespołami deweloperskimi i platformowymi w zakresie triażu problemów oraz precyzowania wymagań operacyjnych
- Identyfikowanie nawracających problemów i proponowanie automatyzacji w celu redukcji zadań rutynowych
- Rozwijanie obszaru observability poprzez rozbudowę dashboardów, alertów i zapytań logów
- Wsparcie inicjatyw ciągłości działania usług oraz udział w testach disaster recovery
Requirements
- Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w IT Operations, wsparciu aplikacji (2/3 linia) lub na podobnym stanowisku produkcyjnym
- Udokumentowane doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu incydentów end-to-end (od alertu, przez RCA, po działania zapobiegawcze)
- Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy w ramach ITIL (zarządzanie incydentami, problemami i zmianami)
- Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku Agile we współpracy z zespołami deweloperskimi
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2/C1
- Znajomość języka polskiego na poziomie ojczystym
