About the Position

IT PM (QA/Release)

Responsibilities

  • Run governance rituals: Schedule and facilitate cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure.
  • Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests: Monitor status and drive timely resolution across business and IT streams.
  • Track dependencies across streams: Proactively escalate blockers across various streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support).
  • Maintain and continuously improve process documentation: Document release processes, binary patch workflow, and QA support intake on Confluence/SharePoint.
  • Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards: Provide senior management with risk and issue tracking.
  • Support the Release & QA Management lead: Assist with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities.

Requirements

  • Must have:

    • Experience in running governance rituals.
    • Ability to track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests.
    • Skills in tracking dependencies across streams.
    • Proficiency in maintaining and improving process documentation.
    • Capability to produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards.
    • Experience in supporting the Release & QA Management lead.
  • Nice to have:

    • Exposure to Murex (MX.3) environments, binary patch cycles, or vendor coordination with Murex.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling (pipelines, branching/merge governance, automated regression).
    • Experience with PEGA-based workflows and test management tools (e.g., MxTest).
    • Prior experience standing up or maturing PMO/governance functions in a growing program.
