Delivery Program Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Delivery Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own the delivery of cross-functional programs that span multiple teams - working closely with Delivery Team Leads, Product, and Business stakeholders to plan, sequence, and land initiatives at the program level. Unlike a team-level role, this position focuses on the bigger picture: aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around shared timelines, dependencies, and business priorities. Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute program objectives across multiple teams - keeping everything tied to organizational goals and priorities
• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team programs: timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Partner with Delivery Team Leads to sequence work across teams, surface cross-team dependencies, and resolve program-level blockers
• Oversee delivery of feature and platform initiatives from intake through kickoff, execution, and release - keeping scope, dependencies, and stakeholders aligned at every stage
• Act as the main bridge between delivery teams and business/product stakeholders - translating, aligning, and unblocking at the program level
• Track progress across programs, report on KPIs, flag risks early, and drive resolution before they hit individual teams
• Push continuous improvement across how we plan and deliver programs, working with Team Leads to embed improvements at team level

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience, ideally managing multiple teams or workstreams simultaneously
• Proven experience coordinating delivery across several teams or squads, not just within a single team
• Solid experience managing delivery across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders (R&D, Product, Business)
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and how features move from requirements to release
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align business and technical priorities across teams
• Strong risk, dependency, and scope management skills at a program (not just team) level
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket; familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Grafana, or similar is considered an advantage

Nice to Have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-availability, regulated environments
• Familiarity with release management and go-live coordination across multiple teams
• Vendor and contract management experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
