About the Position
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology delivery for a key client in Thailand. You will drive end-to-end execution across multiple initiatives, align senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and keep delivery transparent through strong governance. Work in a senior delivery team where your planning and leadership keep programs on track.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies
- Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, RAID logs, and project reporting
- Run governance cadences including steering updates, PMO checkpoints, and status reviews
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, technical teams, and vendors to align priorities
- Track and manage cross-project dependencies, escalating early with clear options and impacts
- Coordinate testing, go-live readiness, stabilization, and transition to operations
- Support vendor coordination including contract oversight and performance tracking
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects in complex and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong project management experience across the full project lifecycle including governance and reporting
- Hands-on experience using Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
- Clear communication with confidence engaging both technical teams and senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability in risk management, planning, and cross-functional coordination
- Working knowledge of PMO governance frameworks and delivery controls
- Professional proficiency in English and Thai
Nice to Have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or dashboarding tools
