About the Position

OMNICORE is an international product and service company. For over 9 years, we have been leaders in the creation, development, and full management of e-commerce businesses for global retail players in the fashion industry. Since 2022, the company has expanded its activities to the Kazakhstan market. We specialize in two main areas of services:

• eCommerce-as-a-Service: creation and management of e-commerce businesses, development and implementation of omnichannel services, design, web development, content, marketing, customer service, etc.
• 3rd Party Logistics (3PL): management of warehouse operations for retail and wholesale activities, logistics, transportation, and packaging solutions.

Our key partners: adidas.ua, adidas.kz, marketplace md-fashion.ua, ultra-shop.com, saks85.com, frgroup.kz and others.

The company is growing and developing new directions within existing projects. We need an independent, responsible Project Manager for key tasks: communication with stakeholders, planning, reporting, and project management.

With us already work: Head of PMO, PM team, BA and in-house development team.

Responsibilities

• Leading individual development and support directions of a large project (one or several markets);
• Product ownership at your level;
• Managing related areas across different projects;
• Collaboration with PMs of other related projects, sharing resources, and solving common tasks;
• Full cycle of IT project management: from presale and information gathering to launch and support;
• Organizing and conducting meetings with the team and clients;
• Creating a project plan and monitoring its execution considering timeframes and resources;
• Monitoring project status and evaluating team performance;
• Managing changes in projects, their analysis, and implementation;
• Risk analysis and development of measures to minimize them;
• Preparing project reports for clients (both internal and external).

Requirements

• Experience in managing IT projects from 3 years (proven launched online projects);
• Experience in eCommerce is mandatory.
• Experience in mobile applications development, integration, mobile, web, and with other services.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence tools, and knowledge and ability to work with Scrumban, Kanban, Scrum;
• Sense of involvement and responsibility for projects and your work. A person who has a genuine interest in the project they are working on, its essence, and processes. Sincerely cares about the final result.
• Communicability, ability to find a common language with different people;
• Experience working with shared HR resource;
• Analytical skills and the ability to quickly make the most optimal decisions;
• English - Upper Intermediate+. You will work with the EMEA markets, so oral and written communication in English will become routine.

Nice to Have

• Experience with large projects in the eCommerce domain;
• Knowledge of technologies and tools of our projects: PHP 7x-8x/Yii2, vue.js/nuxt.js, mobile: iOS/Android native and flutter;
• Experience working with an in-house development team, including frontend, backend, mobile developers, DevOps engineers, business analysts, QA engineers, and Service-desk specialists.
