About the Position
We are seeking an IT Project Manager with English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level to join our team. This role is remote and based in Colombia, offering a full-time, permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology project management with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Define project timelines, assign resources, and balance team production capacity.
- Analyze workflows, mitigate risks, and ensure flawless deliveries while optimizing man-hours.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in leading technology project management.
- English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.
- Expert use of project management tools.
- Strong analytical mindset.
