About the Position
IT Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, business analysts, and external vendors
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in IT Project Management (depending on seniority)
- Advantage: Certification in one or more project leading methodologies (PMP, Prince2, CSM, AgilePm)
- „B” type driving license
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications
- Fluent English language, German language knowledge is an advantage
