Uklon is a product-oriented IT company that develops a leading ride-hailing service. Join us as an IT Project Manager to contribute to one of the largest infrastructures in the Ukrainian market and beyond, ensuring the interaction between drivers and riders.

Responsibilities
- Launch and monitor key performance indicators for development, Time to market
- Planning, evaluation, and management of project risks and changes
- Providing accurate and timely information, data, and reports on the project status
- Collecting, coordinating, and prioritizing project requirements
Challenges for the First 3 Months
- Confident understanding of company processes and approaches
- Confident orientation in company products
- Prepared and agreed roadmap for the chosen project direction Delivery (there are evaluations from all teams regarding development)
- Operational activities: measurement and control of product metrics
Requirements
- Project Management: 3+ years of experience in IT projects
- SDLC: Deep understanding of modern development methods and processes
- Atlassian: Experience working with Atlassian products
- Communication Skills: High communication and organizational abilities
- English: Upper-intermediate level
Work Conditions
Work Schedule
- Flexible working hours; you set your own schedule
- Business hours: 11:00 to 16:00 when everyone is available
- 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days for illness (with salary retention)
- Day off on your birthday as a company gift
