About the Position

GlobalStaff, a recruiting agency specializing in IT recruitment, is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee IT projects from inception to implementation. This role involves managing teams, ensuring successful product launches, and providing comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of risks and competitive environment
• Drafting terms of reference and maintaining project documentation
• Budget calculation
• Setting up a team and distributing tasks
• Personnel coordination, quality, and deadline control
• Preparing reports for clients, product demos, and presentations
• Supporting product launching on the market

Requirements

• Higher education in IT
• Understanding of software and information systems
• Understanding the essence of business processes in a commercial organization
• Ability to manage people

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a web developer, layout designer, or tester
• Management skills
• Successful projects listed on CV
