IT Project Manager Lead - Global Markets

What we are looking for:

We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager Lead with over 10 years of experience in Global Markets (CIB) to lead strategic initiatives from Front-to-Back in Equities (Cash and Listed Derivatives).

Responsibilities

• Leadership of complex programs/projects in Global Markets
• End-to-end coordination (Front Office, Middle, Back Office, IT)
• Communication with senior stakeholders (Head of Trading, COO, etc.)
• Definition of roadmap and prioritization
• Supervision of multiple PMs and multidisciplinary teams
• Management of risks, dependencies, and budget

Requirements

• Deep functional knowledge and real experience in Equities (Cash and Listed Derivatives).
• Profound knowledge of the ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) and Clearing world.
• Proven experience in: Order Management (Care, algorithms, block trading) and connectivity (DMA, EDA) and Front-to-Back flows.
• Proven experience in Back Office processes: Confirmations, settlement, clearing, collaterals.
• Regulatory knowledge: MiFID II, EMIR, MAR, DORA.
• +10 years in IT project management in investment banking.
• Experience leading teams/other PMs.
• Experience in complex programs or transformations.
• High English proficiency.
• Technical skills: FIX, SQL, Python, trading systems architecture.

• Fixed Income and FX.
• Front Office: Fidessa, FISTrader, EMSX (Bloomberg), Ullink, ORC.
