IT Project Manager Mid Level

About the Position

i-CITY is seeking a Mid-Level IT Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and coordinating project activities in Brussels, Belgium. The role ensures alignment between client needs, business teams, IT teams, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize client needs and requirements in line with project objectives.
• Coordinate different stakeholders and ensure alignment between business, IT, and supplier teams.
• Plan and monitor project activities, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
• Consolidate estimates of workload, costs, and resource needs related to developments and changes.
• Manage and monitor the delivery of software solutions and adaptations within agreed timelines and commitments.
• Identify and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure the quality, compliance, and suitability of solutions to client needs and requirements.
• Provide governance, regular reporting, and communication on project progress.
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure the continuity and improvement of services.
• Act as the application manager for the administrative center's access activities and contribute to client satisfaction.
