About the Position
East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of IT Projects Manager for the implementation of the initiative in the sphere of development of the Platform of registers.
Responsibilities
- Formation and management of the product backlog.
- Coordination of the Platform of registers development team.
- Ensuring the release schedule for updating the Platform of registers.
- Work with requirements for the Platform of registers.
- Support of development teams on the Platform of registers and processing feedback from the teams.
- Formation of a technical and economic feasibility study (FEA) for financing the Platform of registers.
- Coordination of the feasibility study and the technical task (TOR) for the development of the Platform of registers.
Requirements
- Higher technical education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst or database developer.
- Deep understanding of the system of public electronic registers.
- General understanding of the software development process.
- General understanding of web application development (will be an advantage in the public sector).
- Knowledge of e-democracy tools.
- Proven experience in developing business processes and technical specifications, functional requirements/technical specifications.
- Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and finding balanced solutions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and working knowledge of English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cooperation with the public sector for at least 2 years.
- Experience in working with digital transformation projects for at least 1 year.
