IT Projekt Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Take over the holistic support and management of app development projects for customers
  • Be responsible for the projects from conception, design, and implementation to testing and acceptance
  • Act as the main contact person both internally and for all parties involved on the customer side
  • Oversee the implementation and testing of software products in all phases of the development cycle, including alpha, beta, and release candidate versions
  • Act as team lead for product owners and an international developer team of up to 20 people
  • Provide targeted support for the individual career development of your team
  • Prepare and implement workshops (e.g., requirements analysis, lessons learned)

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, media informatics, or business informatics
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as an IT project manager
  • Programming skills - ideally a developer with strong communication skills and experience in project management
  • Ability to work in a team and ideally have already acted as a leader
  • Enjoy communicating with customers
  • Very good feel for design and user interfaces
  • Ability to design front-end and back-end systems, including communication via interfaces and APIs
  • Written and spoken German at least C1 level
  • Knowledge of written and spoken English at least B2 level
