About the Position
IT-Projektleiter Transformation
SOLCOM GmbH is seeking an experienced IT-Projektleiter Transformation for a contract position in Köln, Germany. This role involves leading complex IT and transformation projects, with a focus on the energy supply sector.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung einer Ist-Analyse der Ausgangs- und Zielsituation
- Erstellung eines Projekt-Vorgehensmodells, das die fachlichen, architektonischen, wirtschaftlichen und beschaffungsbezogenen Arbeitsstränge integriert
- Erstellung einer Projekt-, Meilenstein- und Entscheidungsplanung einschließlich Aufwandsschätzung, Ressourcenbedarf und wesentlicher Abhängigkeiten sowie Kommunikations- und Berichtsstrukturen
- Aktualisierung des Projektplanes und Eskalation bei Abweichungen
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen Projekt-Status-Berichten/Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
Requirements
Must-haves
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT- bzw. Transformationsprojekte
- Erfahrung in der Energieversorgung
- Kenntnisse der Geschäftsprozesse sowie Produkte eines B2B Commodity-Vertriebs
- Kenntnisse von Applikationen und Integrationszusammenhängen insb. CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), CRM und O2C-Systemen (Order-to-Cash)
- Architekturverständnis zur Einordnung technischer Lösungsansätze
