Für ein langfristiges Projekt suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d). Der Fokus liegt auf der Steuerung komplexer IT-Vorhaben, insbesondere im Umfeld von Host-Modernisierungen.

Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Erfahrung im klassischen sowie agilen Projektmanagement, die Projekte strukturiert steuert und sicher zum Erfolg führt.

Salary: €600 - €680 a day

Responsibilities

Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung von IT-Projekten im Versicherungsbereich
Steuerung von Host-Modernisierungsprojekten
Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Budget, Zeit und Ressourcen
Anwendung klassischer (z. B. Wasserfall) und agiler Methoden (z. B. Scrum, SAFe)
Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und externen Partnern
Risikomanagement, Reporting und Stakeholder-Kommunikation
Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Implementierung und Transition

Requirements

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als IT-Projektmanager im Versicherungsumfeld
Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Host-Modernisierungsprojekten
Fundierte Kenntnisse im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Durchsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Experience with additional project management tools and methodologies
