Responsibilities
- Plan and manage complex IT projects.
- Oversee the migration of services to the Microsoft Cloud.
- Coordinate the project team, including external service providers.
- Measure progress and ensure goal adherence, report generation, and cost/benefit analysis.
- Conduct risk assessments for projects, prepare and lead project workshops.
- Act as the central contact for management, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Model and implement processes.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a business administration or IT-related degree or equivalent qualification, or several years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience in agile IT program and project management; project management certification is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a project leader in multiple projects, with responsibility for planning, execution, implementation, and successful transition to operational use.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, cloud migration projects, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint Services, and software development environments.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
- Solid methodological competence.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is ideal.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
