About the Position

IT Projektmanager (m/w/d)

IP Dynamics GmbH is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Deutschland. Manage IT projects from conception to completion and lead your team to success.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Steering of IT Projects: From conception to completion within corporate structures.
• Budget Management: Full creation, administration, and control of the project budget.
• Risk Management: Identification, evaluation, and monitoring of risks, as well as the development of risk management strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and implementing solutions for customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Leading and motivating the project team and fostering effective collaboration.

Requirements

• Education: Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field with a technical/economic background.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in managing IT projects for external clients.
• Skills: Extensive experience in creating and managing project budgets.
• Languages: Very good command of German (at least C1 level) and secure English skills in speech and writing.
• Soft Skills: Very good communication and social skills, teamwork, and willingness to cooperate.
• Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, decisiveness, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
