About the Position
Diya (70+ employees) is currently seeking to hire a Junior IT Recruiter for a full-time position in our Zhytomyr office. Remote work is possible, but permanent residence in Zhytomyr is required.
The company is actively growing, so there is a need to expand the HR team. You will deal with both technical and non-technical vacancies. The recruiter will work closely with HR and report to the company’s management.
Responsibilities
- Providing a full recruitment cycle - ensuring that job posts are posted on all the job boards used by the company;
- Pre-selecting candidates and conducting pre-interviews;
- Scheduling technical interviews;
- Approving and sending out job offers;
- Ensuring effective communication with hiring managers;
- Analyzing and optimizing the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 1+ year of recruitment experience;
- Understanding of the specifics of the IT market;
- Proficient knowledge of candidate search tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated, punctual, quick-thinking, creative, and proactive;
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies;
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure;
- Upper-intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).
