Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for IT positions
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintaining relationships with potential candidates
• Updating job postings and managing the recruitment process

Requirements

• Licenciatura em áreas de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia Organizacional, Sociologia ou similar
• Experiência em funções similares, no mínimo 6 meses
• Excelentes competências de relacionamento interpessoal, de comunicação e resiliência
• Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa
• Capacidade de organização
