About the Position

We are seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team based in Poland. If you enjoy being part of a supportive, down-to-earth team and value open, direct communication, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Processes: Creating job descriptions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, setting up tech calls with our teams, and closing offers.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Analytics: Co-creating recruitment analytics and performance dashboards.
• Onboarding: Partnering with Office and Finance teams to drive a smooth, high-quality onboarding process.
• ATS Management: Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and a smooth candidate pipeline.
• Candidate Experience: Enhancing candidate experience by guiding applicants through the process, providing feedback, and supporting onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ months of recruitment experience (preferably IT), including independent CV screening and initial calls.
• Metrics Tracking: Ability to co-track key metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Source-of-Hire) and create structured reports in MS Excel.
• Flexibility: Flexibility for non-standard working hours occasionally (required during urgent project delivery or critical deployments).
• Language Skills: Strong English skills, allowing you to confidently speak with technical experts from outside Poland.
• Mindset: A proactive mindset and the ability to stay flexible in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to Have

• Client Experience: Experience working directly with clients - for example, in outsourcing or software house settings.
• Education: A degree in computer science, psychology, HR management, or a related field.

• Compensation: 32 – 40 PLN netto per month (B2B) / Employment Contract

Recruitment Process
