About the Position
Position: IT Researcher
Form of cooperation: Employment contract / Contract of mandate
Salary: PLN 4,806 gross/month + bonuses
Work location: Hybrid work from the office in Gdynia (two weeks of onboarding, 4 days from the office, then depending on the results - a maximum of 3 days from the office)
Responsibilities
- Actively searching for candidates in the IT industry using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, recruitment portals, technical forums, etc.)
- Collaborating with recruiters to define candidate profiles
- Creating and publishing job postings
- Building and managing a candidate database
- Initial screening of applications and contacting candidates
- Supporting the recruitment team in strategic activities
Requirements
- Experience as a Researcher, Sourcer, or similar position in the recruitment industry (IT recruitment experience preferred)
- Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and roles (e.g., understanding the differences between backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, etc.)
- Communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Independent, well-organized, and goal-oriented
- English language skills at least at a B2 level
- Higher education or student status
