IT Researcher (Ukraine)

About the Position

We are looking for a Junior IT Researcher to join our team in Ukraine on a remote basis. This role focuses on developing sourcing strategies and understanding IT market trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters and Recruiter Partners to ensure effective and timely role closure.
• Take full ownership of sourcing strategy and pipeline building from the start of each vacancy.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques and automation tools to enhance search efficiency and quality.
• Conduct personalized and data-driven outreach aimed at maximizing engagement and response rates.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an IT Researcher position.
• B2+ level of English.
• Ability to create sourcing strategies and plan pipelines effectively.
• Knowledge of platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using modern sourcing and automation tools.
• Understanding of the IT market, technologies, roles, and current trends.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
