We are looking for an IT Risk Manager to join our team in Leipzig. You will be responsible for managing and developing the company's risk management framework.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in managing and developing the company's holistic risk management framework.
- Conduct annual risk inventories.
- Develop OpRisk management, including risk assessments and scenario/measure analyses.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration/Economics/Economics or an alternative educational path.
- Professional experience in a comparable position and experience with regulatory authorities is advantageous.
- Knowledge from a comparable position in a bank or consulting firm or auditing.
- Experience with banking regulation or CCP regulation.
- Very good English skills in speech and writing.
Your Profile
- Academic degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in IT governance and/or IT risk management with a comprehensive overview of the IT landscape and technology.
- Familiarity with regulatory IT requirements, ideally in the financial services industry, and IT standards such as COBIT and ITIL (certifications preferred).
- Experience in defining and measuring OKRs and KPIs as well as IT management/CIO reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical working style, and experience in project management are advantageous.
- Very good German and English skills in speech and writing.
