About the Position
📢 Junior/ Senior IT Consultant / SAP Consultant (m/w/d)
📍 Location: Wien (alternatively München) - Hybrid
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience up to 120k€ + Bonus model
We are looking for dedicated IT Consultants with a focus on SAP, on behalf of a specialized consulting company. Our client supports companies worldwide in the digitalization and optimization of their HR processes. With flat hierarchies, a dynamic working environment, and individual development opportunities, this position offers an exciting challenge for both entry-level professionals and experienced consultants.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and supporting clients in the implementation, adaptation, and further development of their SAP HR systems
- Analyzing business and technical requirements to develop tailored solutions
- Configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Project management and support of implementation projects of varying durations
- Direct implementation of individual customer requirements within SAP systems
- Conducting training and providing support for optimal software utilization
- Working in small, agile teams with direct support from experienced mentors
Requirements
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification in (Business) Informatics or IT
- Experience in IT consulting, ideally with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Programming skills (e.g., ABAP, databases) are advantageous
- Analytical and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with clients
- Very good German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
