Responsibilities

  • Provide timely & effective support for all IT systems.
  • Resolve Layer 1 and 2 level incidents and service requests.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
  • Administrate and operate different IT tools and systems.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant full-time experience in IT ServiceDesk.
  • Experience supporting Windows and MacOSX environments.
  • Experience supporting SaaS tools: Google Workspace, Google Workspace and Slack services.
  • Experience with Atlassian’s JIRA Service Desk. Bonus for having knowledge in creating/maintaining automations and SD portal creation/configuration.
  • Experience with OneLogin and/or OKTA.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a technical mindset.
  • Great communication skills and solution-oriented approach.
